Rum Wali is fermented from 100% pure sugar cane molasses, as opposed to sugar cane syrup, which is used to make most commercial rums. Using pure molasses is very tricky, but absolutely worth the effort for the richness and depth. Triple distilled and oak aged, every drop is smooth and perfectly sippable.
The rum is finished for a few months in English oak barrels. This adds its own flavour notes to the spirit and gives it a lovely golden colour.
With this Rum as a base we then spice up using traditional chai flavours inspired by a family chai masala recipe. With the sweetness of cinnamon and cardamom, the smoothness of vanilla and the heat of ginger and black pepper. This gives the distinct sweet and spiced rum. Sippable neat or served with ginger beer and lime. This is a premium spiced rum with a delicious and aromatic taste.
